All services should now be back to normal.
The outage experienced today was caused by the Optus outage. Optus has advised that they are reinstating services and things will start returning to normal over the next few hours.
There is currently a major phone outage affecting voice systems Australia wide. That includes outbound VoiP calls and Mobile Phone calls. It is currently being investigated by upstream vendors and we will update and more news comes to hand.
